Standardized <script> tags (<script> tag in the <head> with defer attribute) for all javascript sessions

In addition:

Standardized subfolders for js and css for all javascript sessions without modules with components etc.
Standardized <title> tag e.g. <title>JS Basics: Demo</title> for all javascript sessions
Standardized <body> content for all javascript sessions without ui and only console logging
