I'm trying to run pandaseq on my windows machine (with a 12 core i7 and 16gb ram), and it keeps failing to complete each time, or at the very least terminate the process. It creates the output files but doesn't exit/stop the process, the log seems to get stuck part way through but it appears to have finished the merging process; this seems to happen regardless of the options I use . I can force it to exit by closing the command window but this means it doesn't complete the log recording and prevents me from processing my 180 sequence files in batches.
