The error messages here don't say much about what is going on. Can you post the full output.
As you can see in our CI at https://travis-ci.org/github/neufieldrobotics/spinnaker_sdk_camera_driver/jobs/758843701 , 2.2.0.48 seems to compile fine on Melodic. The only thing different is that we haven't tested it on ARM.
Sorry I'm not good at using that. But I have updated the full information.

Yes, I just re-install the package.

Do the cameras work with SpinView? Yes. Describe the bug When I catkin_make at my workspace(spinnaker_ws) , both the capture.cpp and camera.cpp can not build.
