Update DESCRIPTION version to match release version #132

@wfulp The description file is only updated when the CRAN release is accepted - my fork of this repository is used for testing versions of the underlying JS libraries across R before releasing. If you are installing from this git repository and using the library in R then you are (potentially) using a different/updated version of JS backend from that released to CRAN. CRAN is only updated after full testing of the JS library in the R package and the description file is updated to match the JS backend version (Current CRAN release is 1.42.9 - which uses the 42.9 JS backend). I strongly suggest you use CRAN for the R version of canvasXpress unless you are specifically testing an updated JS item before we are through finalizing testing across R versions.
