Maybe rename "speech" to "cmulab"? #1

Because the whole linguistic annotation backend isn't going to only handle speech, it seems a little bit strange to me to have the top tier of the annotation interface be named "speech". Maybe change it to "cmulab"?

Is there another name other than "cmulab" that we could use for the annotation interface? Just because django requires that the project ("cmulab") has a different name than the app (in this case "speech"). Technically a project can be comprised of multiple apps
