upgrade to api v0.2.10 #54

This PR upgrades explainaboard_client to be compatible with API v0.2.10. It removes code that depends on system_info because this field will be removed in https://github.com/neulab/explainaboard_web/pull/461

All tests are green. I also tested evaluate_sytem, find_systems and delete_systems.
