Change layout header #473

This PR is related to issue #426

Add social media icons on the header.
- Github is a dropdown list. Click on the repo and it will open the repo in a new tab.
- Facebook and Twitter don't have a link now.
Change sidebar title. When toggling the sidebar, the title will only display the ExplainaBoard icon and hide the text as well.

In the new commit, the github icon links to SDK repo. The two buttons, Submit your system online and Submit you system via API can be added to the homepage like this. The API button is linked to the CLI repo.
