Systems in Leaderboard can not be grouped by subdataset name #484

See the below figure, say a user wants to browse systems on the dataset: cmu_anlp - sciner, current Explainaboard web doesn't support this.

The reason is probably that currently, leaderboard only group systems based on dataset name (e.g., cmu_anlp) instead of sub_dataset name (e.g., sciner)
