Add tutorial page

This PR adds a tutorial page, mainly for two actions

• upload a system
• view detailed analysis of your outputs

@neubig I created the tutorial using the prod version and forgot that this tutorial would only be deployed with the current master branch. I have updated the examples accordingly, thanks! I'll make the pairwise analysis as a separate issue then
