Replace bus page with mobility page #26

Sadly not everyone drives bus :disappointed:. Remodeling the bus page to "Mobility" and having parking lot info and train departures selectable in the dropdown might be helpful to some users.

[x] scrape parking lots
[x] scrape trains (Ingolstadt Nord, Hbf, Audi)
[x] parking/train frontend
[x] preview in dashboard
