New dashboard edit button only updates dashboard on refresh #275

Describe the bug When using the dashboard edit button in the top right corner on the home screen and editing the layout, the layout does not get updated until after a refresh by the user.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the dashboard
  2. Click on the edit button
  3. Change your layout
  4. Close the modal

Expected behavior The layout should be updated according to the modal.
