Updated the contribution guidelines and fixed a node.js compatibility issue. Renamed a configuration file to match the project name.

yarn or npm? CONTRIBUTING.md guides node error? no problem!

Add alternative commands and notes for using yarn as a package manager (link, link)
Rename .yarnrc.yml to rogue-thi-app/.yarnrc.yml (link)
