Add Artifact to Maven Central #12

Echoing the requests over in neuland/jade4j#25, it would be really great if we could get this added to Maven Central. We're using Gradle, which doesn't allow restricting artifacts to just a single repository (so the jade4j and spring-jade4j GitHub maven repository gets queried for a lot more than just these artifacts).
