Change API - don't return NSError - return BOOL, with NSError in args. #11

got some feedback - which is right - the NSErrors should not be returned. They 
should be in the 
arg list. Will change for the next checkin, again changing the API. So keep the 
number of places you 
call OpenMeta as small as possible! --Tom
