Inconsistent Spotlight user interface for kOMUserTags #5

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
In the Spotlight menu and Finder search box, tag searches are done using the
"tag:" prefix. But in
the Smart Folder criteria list, the attribute is described as "Tags".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect both situations to use the singular "tag", rather than one in
the singular and one in
the plural.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OpenMetaSpotlight.mdimporter v. 1.0

I did this 'on purpose'.

Mirroring what Apple did for keywords and a bunch of other attributes.
'Keywords' appears in the Finder list, while one uses keyword to search for
embedded keywords

What do you think?

Ah. I was comparing it to what Apple did for Spotlight comments. For that case,
Apple put both in the singular
(i.e. "comment:" for the Spotlight menu and "Spotlight comment" for Smart
Folder criteria).

It doesn't really matter, anyway. :)
