Move ports into their own libraries #34

This pull request is about moving all the different 3rd party ports I have made into their own libraries. This is done, so it is possible to reuse them if needed in other projects than where they are now. Example, mpg123 could be used when supporting mo3 format and residfp for GoatTracker.
