the current installation of crawl path won't work for newbies coming to this repo

• But out crawl path starts with catalog strategies instead of e.g. basing itself on /data call-block-logs https://github.com/neume-network/core/blob/main/crawl_path.mjs
• We want newbies to have a nice experience when coming to this repo and trying to run neume
