For sound-protocol, filter all to `SoundEditionCreated` events and log the `SoundEditionV1` contract addresses

for each createsoundandmint invocation, a new NFT collection is created: https://etherscan.io/address/0xaef3e8c8723d9c31863be8de54df2668ef7c4b89
a SoundEditionCreated event is emitted and it contains the address to an NFT collection
In a subsequent step, for the NFT collection we want to call function tokenURI but in this issue, that's out of scope
This issue's scope is to create an event logs filter that can be run after call-block-logs-extraction (similar to soundxyz-filter-contracts that filters for SoundEditionCreated
