Changes regarding config file #49

Chateau should know to work even if there are no config file specified and should properly resolve config file path.

Seems like github had some problems, because i wasn't able to make the pull request from the first time :/

I'm not super familiar with path. Does this PR solve https://github.com/neumino/chateau/issues/47 ?

Actually yes, from my understanding it should solve #47. It's also more user friendly as it will use the default configuration file if none is found.
