Sidebar Toggle Issue #1

The sidebar toggle is rendering too dark on ST4, I cannot even see it with my Gruvbox Material theme.

It's showing as black on a dark brown theme, rather than mirroring the theme foreground colour.

Thanks for reporting!

Will fix soon, along with some other (minor) issues on ST4. The original plan was to take care of those while creating a matching Sublime Merge theme, but right now I'm too busy at work to jump into all of that.
