Why boxplots are different when using matplotlib and bokeh #23

I find that the box plots that generated from matplotlib and bokeh are different. But the data is the same. Is that because they use different formulas? Here are some examples. (box plot for friday bill) difference 1 difference2 difference3

You may want to provide more information about this issue. Based on what you posted, I think the difference between gender plots is the scale. To discuss the shape of boxplot, we usually focus on the quartiles and outliers instead of the width or length of the box. For the day plot, why it starts from Fri? You may want to check the dataset to see if there is any missing.
