Hello, @fabiocapsouza! Apparently the run_inference.py file is not present in ./ner_evaluation/, is that an error? Maybe run_prediction.py is run_inference.py? I've created a pull req. in your fork :-) Congratulations for the work.

Hi, @alcidesmig, You're right, thanks for pointing it out! I made a commit here fixing this issue before realizing that you had fixed it in a PR, but I appreciate your contribution :)
