tutorial files moved to 'doc/' so that setup.py can work #10

This is related to an issue: https://github.com/neuro-team-femto/cleese/issues/9#issue-1289955990

*.py files in tutorial/ made setup thinks that there are two packages called cleese and tutorial. So files are moved to doc/ to solve this issue.

And .gitignore was edited accordingly.
