The method that sets text and volume annotations access is only called once there. Their access level should be set when new annotations are inserted as well.

Actually the problem was elsewhere, but it's fixed in #325

(Oops, didn't actually mean to close the issue. It's fixed but I'll let you check that it's what you expect)
