Fix project api #329

This fixes a bug that was introduced on /project/json/<shortname> (not all fields where queried, wrong copying and pasting probably).

Ahhh, no. I think I misread. '-_id'` should be all fields without the id field…

The test failing actually had to do with the mongodb version I reinstalled.
