Neurobagel annotation causes BIDS validator warnings #775

When running this version of the BIDS validator the Neurobagel annotations create warnings.

It may not be the case anymore :see_no_evil: The newest version doesn't report that. Here's the command I used to execute:

docker run -ti --rm -v $PWD:/data:ro denoland/deno deno run --allow-read --allow-env --reload -A https://github.com/bids-standard/bids-validator/raw/deno-build/bids-validator.js /data
