[DOC] Tell user which of the steps comes first

New feature

When I start using the CLI, I see that there are two commands:

• pheno
• bids

but I do not know which comes first or that they depend on each other

Unclear documentation

Need to be clear that:

• [x] pheno command comes first
• [x] output of pheno goes into bids
• [x] bids depends on pheno (cannot run unless pheno has run)

and all of this should be part of the helptext

• not planned because adding a custom error message for a missing argument actually is more complicated and requires custom logic outside of Typer's functionality
