We should set up an automatic workflow for releasing this repo so that we can have specific versions of deployment recipes for easier troubleshooting.
[x] make recipes repo inherit auto-release wf, and PR template with checkbox for PR labels
[x] ensure Neurobagel Bot secrets/variables are in recipes repo
~[ ] allow Neurobagel Bot to skip required PR~ EDIT: not needed b/c we currently don't have branch protection in recipes 🧐
Also, it would be nice to have a branch or version of the recipes with our Dockerized NGINX configuration, so that when we update recipes in public deployments, it can ideally be a simple git pull.
