Add a troubleshooting section #21

This explain how to uninstall and reinstall the driver to avoid some modeprobe error

Sorry for the late review. I can't merge this pull request as it is now. The reloading section is incomplete. For example, if you install with dkms then you won't need to uninstall/install for minor kernel updates. Major kernel updates may still need uninstall/install though.

Though, if you install with the install script provided then you will need to do the uninstall/install after updating kernel.

So please update the doc with further info or make that info exclusively for the users who install with the install script.
