The ROI naming from the various atlas that is extracted from atlasreader. For further analysis processes I will also extract the central coordinates of each ROI per atlas files too.

Thank you so much! This looks great! If I understand correctly, "name,atlas_label" actually means

name = region name
atlas_label = atlas name So maybe we could rename to something light "region_label, atlas_label"?
