constructing the query using NIH tool + downloading a new set of data with restricted query

Current criteria: Clinical + Brain The number of papers downloaded is 717,601 (85 GB) ~ 460,000 with text body (the rest of the eliminated papers have only abstract or empty body)

Using the Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) terms for reseach in humans reduces this a bit to 377757:

Clinical AND brain AND ("Humans"[Mesh])

And MeSH also has a Psych category:

Clinical AND brain AND ("Humans"[Mesh]) AND "Psychiatry and Psychology Category"[Mesh]: 147242 results
"Humans"[Mesh] AND "Psychiatry and Psychology Category"[Mesh] AND "Diseases Category"[Mesh] AND "Brain"[Mesh]: 169715 results

The download opeartion using

"Clinical AND brain AND ("Humans"[Mesh]) AND 1995[Pubdate] : 2023 [Pubdate]" ended up with the result of 350500 articles.
