napari_gui buttons and files for processing images + running plugin #363

Added image_conversion.ipynb to experiments/ViterBrain/notebooks. Loads .lsm and converts to h5 for masking in Ilastik. Post-masking converts to zarr.
Added loading.py to brainlit/napari_viterbrain, which initializes napari viewer for use with ViterBrain plugin.
Added ContainerWidget to napari_gui.py with working buttons for trace, select state, clear selected states, clear all, save, and switch color.
