Make argument names uniform #390

e.g. ilastik_path, ilastik_program_path etc. and project_path etc.

@Swarnlataaa thanks for your interest in this issue. I'm mostly thinking about the classes ApplyIlastik and ApplyIlastik_LargeImage here. It would be great if analagous arguments/attributes are the same across these two classes. For example project_path and ilastik_project mean the same thing, so I think they should have the same names. There might be other examples, I'm haven't looked closely.
