Reorganized as per lauren's comments.

Moved descriptive properties to be section 3.1; moved adjacency matrices (and only adjacency matrices) to the front because we need them to be able to calculate descriptive properties.

Also reorganized degree matrix section since there were two subsections talking about the degree matrix. Degrees themselves live in properties, the degree matrix lives in matrix representations.
