Compare ARC with GMM #18

Include at least one illustrating example that the repulsion is needed, otherwise GMM would fail.

There is little difference among the three algorithms on these data -- need a more compelling illustration.

Tested on breast cancer data: the result is surprisingly interesting, will talk during the weekly.
