• [x] Pull new data from Michael (should have new annotation updates to use for the clustering, also want the data to be fresh since Michael will be looking at the CATMAID to evaluate new pairs)
• [x] Run graph matching

• [x] Evaluate graph matching
  • [x] For any method, + Michael's pairs, can look at the LL vs RR objective function values
  • [x] Send Michael the predicted pairs that don't agree with his old pairs_csv, also provide the predicted matching(s)
• [x] Send to Michael
• [x] Respond to Michael
• [x] Add pairs to new data
• [x] Deal with pairs that have more than one member
