Make a template nddocs page #19

Make a markdown page with the desired headings and content for each heading for the nddocs overview (main) page.

@willgray to populate/migrate existing nddocs main page to this new format once complete.

Deliverable is markdown file included here as a comment. Bonus points for migrating content!
