Look at doing tract tracing in original space #121

We talked about this forever ago...I bet we could try this really quick now. (Basically just need to apply registration to each point of each tract in original space.)

Sephira brought this up in the talk today. I think essential for m2g, and important and fun.

There is the issue of transforming the tracts, rather than the image. It is perhaps non trivisl

Another option is doing tensor estimation in the original space. Then we have to morph the tensor. Rene has some work on this.
