@gkiar - how much work is this? I'm optimistic that it's pretty quick. Apart from the nifti service, we can do this using the manno code and the nifti converters that exist. Good and perfect and all that.
I can probably rustle this up as part of the example I'm making today/tomorrow for manno docs...just need to identify which atlases we want to support?
