If R(m2g | CORR) < good; fix #93

@jovo @willgray we briefly discussed what is needed for the CORR paper in this regard today, but kind of left it hanging. Let's discuss the needs/requirements of m2g for CORR early next week?

i think what we need is a quantitative QC metric that enables us to justify kicking out scans. i'm not sure graph density is sufficient. perhaps we can run disa's statistics suite and look at the distributions of those ~7 n-dimensional features? in summary, yes, let's discuss next week, either before the m2g meeting, or at it.
