Need someone with web expertise to make landing page better. we are focusing on content.

Things that already need tweaking:

• [ ] images in the rotator (I like the width of the first, but not the height. Others will need to be resized.
• [ ] the layout is responsive. if you shrink the page, the rotator disappears. But, we need to stick in some sort of placeholder, or else kill the jumbotron entirely of we get a weird gray box.

Thoughts?
