[ ] add discussion about compression, how good it is, that we do it in parallel, that makes it go fast, that even though we store up to 7 downsampled resolution, by compressing, # of GB < # GV at native resolution
[ ] ndstore machinve vision should be subsubsection
[ ] OCAR each section

@kunallillaney: reproducibility code currently lives here nddocs/ndpaper2016

@alexbaden and @MrAE may revise this tomorrow (with my blessing, if that means anything). So goes in nddocs now, but I'm guessing we migrate to the paper repo as originally intended. Stand by for the hackathon tomorrow.

the reproducibility webpage for store (along with all other pages) now lives here: https://github.com/neurodata/ndpaper/tree/gh-pages

All pages were migrated from nddocs to the ndpaper repo. The folder in nddocs still exists, we'll keep it around for awhile until we're sure everything is moved.
