This is stalled on CATMAID's texture loader inability to set authorization headers on tile requests, but that needs to be fixed anyway. Otherwise done.

Status at end of hackathon: working in CATMAID branch features/boss-tile-source (volatile branch).

Requires pasting your auth token into a field in the layer control after loading the stack (no keycloak integration yet).
Only works with WebGL tile layer (this is ok).
Only does XY oriented stacks (see jhuapl-boss/boss#6).
Blocked from merge into CATMAID-dev because of a breaking dependency upgrade I'll do in a separate PR.
