Update movedata.py and move it into render-python-tools. #18

Update the existing movedata.py to:

[ ] Copy masks
[ ] Copy reference transforms (using getResolvedTiles?)
[ ] Fix double slashes (//) in URLs
[ ] Other metadata? (like Cycle/Step?)
