challenges and address of challenges now in parallel structure in text. but, figure does not allude to any of the challenges. perhaps it could/should (possibly post submission)

I think I want Figure 1 of sic to illustrate the solution and have the body above it explain the challenge (and of course solution, as well). My thought is that pixels are valuable, and the important point we are trying to convey (I think) is that we have an awesome framework for extensible science in the cloud, so I want to dedicate all pixels in the figure towards that as opposed to spending some on highlighting challenges.

That, and, I can't think of how to include challenges attractively in the current figure.

Thoughts?

i really like how you express both pro's and con's (challenges are important, but not as important perhaps for this figure).
