Rename `<DATASET_ROOT>/scratch/raw_dicom` -> `<DATASET_ROOT>/scratch/raw_imaging` #241

Since there is the possibility of starting with raw NIfTIs (that still need to be organized, then BIDSified) instead of raw DICOMs
