[BUG] Specifying `DICOM_DIR_MAP_FILE` causes `ValidationError` #251

An error is only supposed to be raised if both DICOM_DIR_MAP_FILE and DICOM_DIR_PARTICIPANT_FIRST are specified

Turns out this is due to changes made in #238 (still unmerged at the time of writing) to accommodate for substitutions. So will add the fix in the PR
