Thanks for your bug report. Some questions so that I can reproduce the bug:

Do you activate the checkmark in front of the files or folders in steps 2-4? Do you get a warning message before the crash ("Exporting files can be slow...")? In case you can get adb logcat to run on your phone, does cryptonite emit any error messages?

One more question: is the EncFS volume itself at the root of your Dropbox?
