Ammended opm saturation and synth gradiometer functions to allow inputs with predefined trials.

Thanks for your efforts on this @twestWTCN

For the synthetic gradiometry, I've added an option which allows the user to specify whether they want to return all channels or just those specified in cfg.channel. Sound OK?
For ft_opm_saturations, where epoched data is used, the default cfg.satval won't be optimal. Perhaps we can find a method to calculate the optimum satval based on segment length? I'm sure there's a better way to calculate saturations anyway...

Happy to merge now & return at a later date if required :)
