I need to think about this more carefully.

The resample option won't be needed in future due to data already being at 1kHz
How are we going to cope with trials which cross chunk boundaries?
How are we going to cope with edge artefacts when filtering the whole chunk?

Overlapping chunks? Could get complicated to keep track of things though :(

Thinking about this, for the VR-OPM study we should probably aim to "chunk" in the middle of a walking segment, which is less likely to be analysed. This would require the function to have separate inputs for chunk points.
